SPICY CRAB CURRY
6 to 8 medium sized crabs or 5 big ones cleaned and shelled
2 big onions sliced finely
2 teaspoons coriander powder
2 teaspoons chilly powder
2 teaspoons garlic paste
Salt to taste
2 or 3 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon tumeric powder
½ teaspoon spice powder
Clean and wash the crabs well and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and garlic paste for some time. Add the chilly powder, coriander powder, tumeric powder, spice powder, salt and a little water and fry till the masala separates from the oil. Now add the crabs and mix well. Add a little water. Cover and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes till the gravy is very thick. Serve with bread or rice
